An oil-flooded rotary vane vacuum pump designed for high volumetric efficiency. It achieves a deep ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar (abs) without the gas ballast valve. At 50 Hz, it provides a nominal suction capacity of 200 m³/h (118 cfm) with a 4.0 kW motor. Standard features include an integrated fine mesh filter, a vacuum non-return valve, a gas ballast valve, and an oil/air heat exchanger. The design incorporates bearings on both sides of the rotor for durability.

This pump is ideal for industrial applications requiring a deep and stable vacuum, such as vacuum drying, food processing, and central vacuum systems. The oil-lubricated design allows it to achieve lower vacuum levels than dry-running pumps. Versions with high water vapor tolerance and for handling gases with raised oxygen content are also available, broadening its use in specialized processes.
