A dry-running, non-contact screw vacuum pump with an IE3 motor. The operating principle involves two parallel screw rotors synchronised by timing gears, compressing gas without internal lubrication. At 50 Hz, it has a suction capacity of 320 m³/h, an ultimate vacuum of 0.1 mbar (abs), and is powered by a 5.5 kW motor. The unit is water-cooled, with a required cooling water consumption of 6.7 L/min. It has a maximum weight of 330 kg and an oil capacity of 1.9 L for the gearbox and bearings.

This pump is engineered for processes requiring short evacuation times and high water vapor tolerance. Its oil-free compression chamber prevents process contamination, making it ideal for food processing, packaging (including MAP), and industrial drying applications. The water-cooled design ensures low heat emission into the surrounding production environment.
